Due to the volume of customer service emails we receive at LORENZO, we ask that you please allow us 2-3 days to respond to your requests. We will try our best to answer any and all questions you may have about our products, but to possibly get you some quicker answers please check out our headings below to see if any of your questions can be answered through these.

Pricing/Purchasing

Customers must go through a LORENZO authorized dealer for pricing and purchasing all LORENZO products. If you do not know of an authorized dealer in your local area, you may go to the dealer locator section of our website and enter your zip code to find the nearest one.

Availability

All LORENZO products are sold, ordered, and stocked by our exclusive distributor Wheel Pros. We understand that many times, waiting periods on our customers products may be a little underestimated by dealers or distributors, and we apologize for this. Certain wheels are backordered in the dozens if not hundreds at times, because of this there is no way for LORENZO to be able to tell where each customer is on the backorder list, nor give a specific time frame for when a customers wheels will come in if already on backorder. This time frame and availability of backordered wheels is specifically between our distributor and your authorized dealer. We recommend customers to stay in contact with their dealer to make sure the dealer is always checking to see if the wheels have come in yet, as sets can come in at any time.

Warranty Information

Warranty requests are subject to the approval of our exclusive distributor Wheel Pros. If you have any questions regarding our warranty plan, you may read our full warranty here. If you feel like your warranty request is valid under the LORENZO warranty plan, please contact your nearest dealer and they will assist you in processing a claim.
